My Aunt who lives in Colorado has been talking to me about Lasik surgery.  She had the surgery a few years ago.  She tells me she still keeps up with the latest developments in Lasik and has become an excellent source for all the questions that I come up with as I don research into whether I want to do this or not.  My Aunt is very happy with her surgery.  She does not have to wear glasses and has not had any problems resulting from it.  She told me first and foremost to interview the surgeon I wanted to use, because to get the best Lasik eye surgery would require someone who was really competent and who has been doing this for a long time.  She didn’t recommend using anyone who might be relatively new at performing this procedure.  I am so glad for her help and advice.  I feel like there is no question or doubt that she has not addressed.  I am going to send her an email in a little while to find out if she knows anything about how the costs for this surgery should run, if it depends on who you get to do the surgery.
